1. Service

FOOD LOG BOOK is a Telegram service that estimates food, calories and macronutrients from photos and maintains a food diary. Results may be inaccurate. Users must review and, where needed, correct ingredients, weight and nutrition values before saving them.

The service is not a medical device, doctor or dietitian and does not provide medical services. Do not use its output for diagnosis, treatment or health-critical decisions. Consult a qualified professional if you have medical restrictions.

2. Acceptable use

Users must not submit unlawful material, third-party personal data without permission, malicious content or requests that disrupt the service. Submit only food photos for analysis and only material you have the right to process.

3. AI processing

To analyze a photo, the service transfers it in memory through OpenRouter to a selected AI provider. The service requests Zero Data Retention, denies data collection for training and sends store=false; fulfilment also depends on the third-party providers.

By sending a photo after seeing the AI-processing notice, you request this analysis and agree to the transfer described in the Privacy Notice. Do not send a photo if you do not agree.

4. Account and data

The account is linked to Telegram. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account. You may request deletion with /delete_me. The nutrition profile and related user data are deleted; pseudonymized payment and audit records may remain where needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or meet obligations. Re-entry creates an empty profile and does not restore a trial.

5. Paid features

Pro is paid in Telegram Stars at the price and for the period shown before purchase. A one-month plan may renew until disabled. Three- and twelve-month plans are one-time purchases unless the purchase screen says otherwise.

Payments for an activated period are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Telegram rules, or for a confirmed technical error or duplicate charge. Payment support: @foodbot_support.

6. Availability and changes

The MVP is provided “as is” and may contain errors, be temporarily unavailable or change. The operator may change features, limits and future prices by notice in the service or an updated version of these Terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for decisions based solely on approximate AI estimates or for failures of Telegram, AI providers, hosting or other external systems. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete the account. The operator may restrict access in case of abuse, a security threat, breach of these Terms or mandatory requirements.

9. Governing rules and contact

The operator is established in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Mandatory rights in the user's location remain applicable where they cannot be waived. Before filing a formal claim, contact @foodbot_support so the parties can try to resolve it.
