Ingredients of recipe of Paneer Tikka
For Paneer Tikka
- Paneer – 300 gram
- Onion – 2 pieces (big)
- Capsicum (green) – 2 pieces
- Tomato – 1 to 2 pieces
- Curd – 3 tbps
- Flour – 2 tbps
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tbps
- Salt – as per tasete ( ¼ tbps)
- Garam masala – 1 pinch
- Butter – 3 to 5 tbps
Making of recipe of Paneer Tikka
Recipe of Paneer Tikka | paneer tikka in hind and english |. Take paneer, cut it in 1/1 inch paneer cubes (thick chunks). Take onion, tomato, capsicum and cut it in 1/1 inch pieces for making paneer tikka.
Now take curd in bowl and put flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix all ingredients very well. Put all paneer, onion, tomato, capcisum pieces in curd. Coat all pieces very well and put it in refrigerator for 20 to 25 minutes.
After that we roast these pieces. Take roasted pan put butter in pan and allow to heat it. Take one by one paneer, onion, tomato, capcicum pieces and place it in stick. Put these in pan and roast it form all side it become golden brown in colour. After that turn of gas and place paneer tikka in plate.
Add green coriander and Dry fenugreek leaves and mix it well. Paneer tikka is ready. Serve it hot.
