For Baingan Tikka

  • Baingan – 300 gram
  • Onion – 2 pieces (big)
  • Capsicum (green) – 2 pieces
  • Curd – 3 tbps
  • Flour – 2 tbps
  • Red chilli powder – ¼ tbps
  • Salt – as per tasete ( ¼ tbps)
  • Garam masala – 1 pinch
  • Butter – 3 to 5 tbps

For gravy

  • Onion – 2 pieces
  • Tomato -2 pieces
  • Green chillies – 2 to 4 pieces
  • Ginger paste – ¼ tbps
  • Gartic paste – ¼ tbps
  • Oil – 2 to 4 tbps
  • Butter – 2 to 4 tbps
  • Cumin seeds – ¼ tbps
  • Mustard seeds – ¼ tbps
  • Asafetida – ¼ tbps
  • Dry fenugreek leaves -1 tbps
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbps
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbps
  • Tuemerric powder – ¼ tbps
  • Salt – ½ tbps (as per taste)
  • Garam masala – ¼ tbps
  • Green coriander – 2 tbps

Step 1) Baingan Tikka Masala

Recipe of Baingan Tikka Masala | Baingan tikka masala in hindi and english |. Take Baingan, cut it in 1/1 inch Baingan cubes (thick chunks). Take onion, tomato, capsicum and cut it in 1/1 inch pieces for making Baingan tikka.

Now take curd in bowl and put flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix all ingredients very well. Put all Baingan, onion, tomato, capcisum pieces in curd. Coat all pieces very well and put it in refrigerator for 20 to 25 minutes.

After that we roast these pieces. Take roasted pan put butter in pan and allow to heat it. Take one by one Baingan, onion, tomato, capcicum pieces and place it in stick. Put these in pan and roast it form all side it become golden brown in colour. After that turn of gas and place Baingan tikka in plate.

Step 2)

Take onion, tomato, green chilli wash it and make fine paste. Take a pan put butter and oil in pan and allow to heat it. Put cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafetida and tamper it. Add onoion, tomato paste and fry it. Put ginger and garlic paste in that and mix it well. Fry it until oil float on top of pan. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala in paste mix it well. Put 2 tbps water mix it. Fry it on low flam until oil float on top of pan. After 5 min grvy is ready.

Step 3)

Add Baingan tikka in gravy. Add green coriander and Dry fenugreek leaves and mix it well. Baingan tikka masala is ready. Serve it hot.
