Paneer Angara is famous in all veg recipes. It very delicious and tasty dish among all dishes special Rice or Bhatura etc. We use tomatoes, green chili, ginger, cheese, salt, paneer, same spice, oil etc for making Paneer Angara. So we start to make Paneer Angara.

Ingredients of recipe of Paneer Bhatura

  1. Paneer – 1  cup
  2. Tomatoes- 5 pieces
  3. Capsicum – 2 pieces
  4. Cashew – 4 to 6 pieces
  5. Green chili- 2 to 3 pieces
  6. Green coriander – 2 to 3 tbps ( properly chopped)
  7. Ginger paste- 1 tbps
  8. Dry red chili – 2 pieces
  9. Cottage cheese – 1 cup (grated)
  10. Oil- 5 tbps
  11. Butter- 3 to 4 tbps
  12. Cinnamon stick – 1 pieces
  13. Bay leaves – 3 to 4 pieces
  14. Cloves – 2 pieces
  15. Black peper – 3 to 4 pieces
  16. Green cardamom – 3 to 4 pieces
  17. Dry fenugreek – 2 tbps
  18. Cumin seeds – ½ tbps
  19. Asafetida – ¼ tbps
  20. mustard seeds
  21. Salt – as per taste (1 tbps)
  22. Red chili powder- 1 tbps
  23. Coriander powder – 1 tbps
  24. Turmeric power – ¼ tbps
  25. Coal – 1 pieces

Making of Paneer Angara

Step 1)

Take Tomatoes, green chili, green coriander and chopped it properly. Now take a bowl add oil in that. When oil is properly heat add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, add whole spices, add chopped Tomatoes, green chili, garlic paste mix it and sautes for 2 to 5 min properly. Add dry red chilli too. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chillies and ginger baton to it. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cashews to it and cook while covering it on low flame.  After 10 minutes it ready, grind it and make fine paste.

Step 2)

Take a pan add remaining butter and oil. Allow to heat it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and allow to tamper it. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder,dry fenugreek leaves, and roast all properly. Take a lump of coal , place it on stove, add some butter and turn on gas, allow it to burn for 5 min.

 Cook this on low flam properly for 5 to 10 min until gravy cook properly.

Step 3)

Now add chopped capsicum, in roasted spice add gravy paste, grated cheese and cut paneer. Mix it properly, add water as per required, when oil is floating on top of pan curry is ready.

After cooking curry, place a mini bowl along with burned coal over the curry. Spread some asafoetida and oil over the coal. Cover and cook for 10 minutes while switching off the flame. After 10 minutes, remove the mini bowl and mix a tablespoon of butter to it. Add some finely chopped green coriander and mix it well. Now Paneer Angara in ready. Garnish this with green coriander and serve this with rice or chappti.
