Recipe of Tandoori Aloo | Tandoori Aloo making | Tandoori Aloo in hindi |. Tandoori Aloo is famous, tasty dish among all shanks and starters dishes. We use aloo, malai, flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, dry mango powder, green chili, green coriander, bread crumbs etc to make Tandoori Aloo. So we start to make Tandoori Aloo.
Ingredients of recipe of Tandoori Aloo
- Aloo (potato) – 4 to 6 pieces ( ½ kg)
- Flour (chick pea ) – 2 to 4 tbps
- Curd – ½ cup
- Green chili – 2 to 4 pieces
- Green coriander – 4 tbps properly chopped
- Ginger – ½ inch ( properly chopped )
- Cottage cheese – 3 to 5 tbps
- Red chili powder – 1 tbps
- Coriander powder – ½ tbps
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbps
- Chaat masala – 1 tbps
- Maggi masala – 1 tbps
- Salt – 1 tbps (as per required)
- Lemon juice – 1 tbps
- Green chili paste – 1 tbps
- Garlic paste – 1 tbps
- Ginger paste – 1 tbps
- Cashews nut – 4 to 6 pieces
- Raisins – 3 to 4 pieces
- Oil- 2 to 4 tbps
Making of recipe of Tandoori Aloo
Step1) fried potato
Take all potato and wash it. Peel them and scoop it with scooper and make hollow in it. Take green chili, green coriander and chopped it properly. Than again wash it properly and make them dry. Take a pan add 3 to 4 tbps oil in pan heat it. Add potato in that. Fry them for 2 to 5 min. Fry them untill it become golden brown from all side. fry all potato in same manner. Frying potato in ready.
Step2) stuffing potato
Take a pan put it on gas, add oil in pan and allow to heat it. Add chopped green chili, ginger, cashew nuts, raisins and fry it. Turn of gas. Put them in bowl add halt amount of flour (chick pea), cheese, 2 to 3 pieces of fried potato (before adding mash it properly), ½ tbps salt, maggi masla, chaat masala, half green chili and green coriander etc and mix it properly. Stuffing is ready.
Step 3) marinate potato
Take bowl add remain curd, flour (chickpea), ginger paste, green chili paste, garlic paste, green chili, green coriander, lemon juice, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, chaat masala, maggi masala etc. mix all properly. Than add stuffing potato and mix it properly. Than marinate it for 5 to 10 min.
Step4) baking potato
Take baking add some oil that and spread it. Add marinate potato in baking try. Spread evenly and bake it in preheat heat oven at 200 degree. Bake it for 12 to 18 min. take out it from oven. Tandoori Aloo is ready. Serve this hot.
