Recipe of Instant Malpua | Instant Malpua | Malpua making | Malpua tips |. Recipe of Instant Malpua is famous sweet recipe among all sweet recipe. It is very easy to make. We use malpua ready mix or gulab jamun ready mix, ghee, sugar, green cardamom powder, chopped almond, cashew nuts, pistachios and saffron pieces etc. so we start to make Recipe of Instant Malpua or Malai Puri.

Ingredients of Recipe of Instant Malpua

  1. Malpua ready mix ( or gulab jamun ready mix) – 1 ½ Cup 300 gram
  2. Ghee – 2 tbps
  3. Sugar – 2 cup (400 gram)
  4. Green cardamom powder – 2 tbps
  5. Almond – 2 tbps ( finely chopped)
  6. cashew nuts  – 2 tbps ( finely chopped)
  7. pistachios – 2 tbps ( finely chopped)
  8. saffron pieces – 2 tbps ( finely chopped)
  9. ghee – for frying

Step1) of Recipe of Instant Malpua

Recipe of Instant Malpua | Instant Malpua | Malpua making | Malpua tips |. Take a pan put it on gas. Turn on gas add 2 cup water, add all sugar in it. Stir it continuously. Add Green cardamom powder, saffron pieces in this syrup and mix it properly. Boiled it for 2 to 4 min. turn of gas. Keep syrup aside and allow to cool down.

Step 2) of Recipe of Instant Malpua

Take bowl add Malpua ready mix or gulab jamun ready mix in that. Add 1 tbps ghee, 1 cup water mix it properly and dissolve all lumps. Leave it for 4 to 6 min. better is ready this should be in pouring consistency.

Step3) of Recipe of Instant Malpua

Take a pan put it on gas add ghee and allow to heat it. When it medium heat add 1 small tbps of better in that and fry it. Fry this untill it become golden brown from both side. After it become fry properly take out it and put this on tissue paper. Fry all malpua or malai puri in same manner.

Step4) of Recipe of Instant Malpua

After all puri fry, add these in sugar syrup. Leave puri for 5 to 10 in syrup. After that take out it and drain it. Put all these on plate. Garnish this with chopped almond, cashew nuts, pistachios etc. Malpua or Malai puri is ready. Serve these.
