Recipe of Pumpkin Puri | Pumpkin Puri recipe in english | kaduu ki puri |. Pumpkin Puri or kaduu ki puri is famous in all Puri. It very delicious, crispy, sweet, spicy and tasty dish among all puri special with aloo ki sbji or mirchi ka aachar or curd. We use pumpkin, green chili, green coriander, some spice, wheat flour, same salt, cumin seeds, ghee, butter, milk, semolina, water for making Puri. So we start to make Recipe of Pumpkin Puri .

Ingredients of Recipe of Pumpkin Puri

  1. Pumpkin – 200 gram
  2. Green chili – 2 pieces (properly chopped)
  3. Green coriander – 2 tbps (properly chopped)
  4. Red chili powder – 3/4 tbps
  5. Coriander powder – ½ tbps
  6. Turmeric powder – ¼ tbps
  7. wheat flour –  3 to 4 cup
  8. ghee – 2 to 3 tbps
  9. salt – ½  tbps
  10. Cumin seeds – ½ tbps
  11. Semolina – 1 to 2 tbps
  12. Milk – 1 cup
  13. water – as per required
  14. butter – 2 to 3 tbps
  15. oil – for frying

Step 1) of Recipe of Pumpkin Puri

Recipe of Pumpkin Puri |. Take pumpkin peel it, clean it properly. Wash it. Grated it properly by grater. Take green chili, green coriander and chopped it properly.

Take a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, salt, cumin seeds, etc. Mix all ingerdients properly. Now add grated pumpkin, milk, ghee/ butter and also mix all ingredients properly.  Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric power and mix all properly. Add water as per required and make soft and smooth dough. Leave dough for 15 to 20 min.

Step2) of Recipe of Pumpkin Puri

Take dough and make small ball from that. Take one ball roll it. Now take roller put ball on roller and roll it again and again in round shape, give shape like flast disc. Prepare all puri in same manner.

Step3)

Now we cook puri. Turn on gas, put a pan on gas add oil in pan and heat it. When oil is properly heat add one puri in pan and fry this properly from both side untill it become golden brown from all side. Now take out puri and put on tissue paper. Fry all puri in same manner. Pumpkin Puri is ready. Serve this with aloo ki sabji or curd or mirchi ka aachar etc.
