Recipe of Paneer Bhatura | Paneer Bhatura making | Paneer Bhatura hindi . Paneer Bhatura is famous in all bhatura. It very delicious and tasty dish among all veg dishes special with pindi chana or curd etc. We use maida (flour), curd, semolina, baking powder, salt, paneer, same spice, oil etc for making Paneer Bhatura. So we start to make Paneer Bhatura.

Ingredients of recipe of Paneer Bhatura

  1. Maida (flour) – 500 gram
  2. Curd – 1 cup (150 gram )
  3. Semolina – ½ cup ( 75 gram )
  4. Baking powder – 1 tbps
  5. Salt – 1 tbps (as per taste )
  6. Sugar – ½ tbps
  7. Oil – 2 tbps
  8. Water – as per required

For stuffing

  1. Paneer – 150 gram
  2. Onion – 1 pieces (small )
  3. Green chili – 1 pieces
  4. Green coriander – 2 tbps (finely chopped)
  5. Garlic paste – ¼ tbps
  6. Red chili powder – ½ tbps
  7. Salt – ½ tbps (as per taste)
  8. Garam masala – ½ tbps
  9. Oil – 1 tbps
  10. Cumin seeds – ½ tbps
  11. Mustard seeds – ½ tbps
  12. Oil – for frying bhatura

Step 1) making dough

Take a bowl add maida, semolina, oil and mix all properly. Now we add salt, sugar, baking powder and mix properly. Add curd and mix properly. Mix this properly and add water (warm) add per required. Make soft dough from that. Keep aside dough for 30 to 60 min.

Step 2) making stuffing

Take onion, green chili, green coriander and chopped it properly. Take paneer grated it. Now take a bowl add oil in that. When oil is properly heat add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, add chopped onion, green chili, gaalic paste mix it and fry for 2 to 5 min properly. Add all spice and salt mix all properly. Add grated paneer, green coriander. Mix properly and turn of gas. Stuffing is ready.

Step3) make bhatura

Take dough and make small ball form that. Take roller and roll ball for 2 to 4 time. Put 1 ½ tbps stuffing on that and fold it from all side. Again roll it and make a ball form that. Now again take roller and roll ball for again and again in round shape. Give shape like flat disc. bhatura is ready.

Now we cook bhatura. Turn on gas, put a pan on gas add oil in pan and heat it. When oil is properly heat add one bhatura in pan and fry this properly from both side untill it become golden brown from all side. Now take out bhatura and put on tissue paper. Make all bhatura in same manner and fry this. Paneer Bhautra is ready. Serve this with pindi chana or curd or mirchi ka aachar etc.
